幕張本郷イノベーティブ「Vｖ」のすぐ隣に雰囲気の良さそうなお店が出来ているのを発見。
つい何屋なのか確認したくなるほど良い雰囲気。
イタリアレストランらしく、入口からちらりとモザイクタイルのピザ窯が見えました。
窯を使っているなら、それなりに拘りのある料理が楽しめるのではないかと思い、入店してみると、何やら海浜幕張駅近くから移転してきたとの事。
時期も時期だけに店内は先客なし。
この時期にオープンを迎えたというのは、不運と言いますか、非常に気の毒であります。
メニューを開くと、グランドメニューらしき各種ピザの一覧と、手書きの季節メニューに分かれています。
この辺にしては結構強気な価格帯ですが、お味の方はいかがでしょうか。

パスタはパッケリもラビオリも美味しいですね。特に自家製ラビオリはかなりツボにハマりました。リコッタチーズとポルチーニ茸の相性が良いのはもとより、ラビオリの生地もモッチリとして素晴らしい。ラビオリを引き立てるためにソースもさっぱりシンプルなところも好感が持てます。ピザはナポリ風ですね。生地の質もなかなか。素晴らしいとまでは言いませんが、充分美味しいと言えるレベルであると感じます。肉はイベリコ豚と鴨の2種類でどちらもシンプルなグリル。悪くはないですが、記憶には残りづらい。私はもう少し手の込んだ料理が好みです。ゼッポレは初めて食べる郷土菓子なので比較対象がありませんが、パサッとしているのは、こういうもんなんでしょうかね。パスタとピザのクオリティは高く、その他はちょっと記憶に残りづらい印象でした。次回は他のパスタやピザを中心に食べてみたいと思います。
