4月日曜午後、幕張にあるスーパー銭湯に行ってそのお昼にとコチラ、中華そばたがやさんを突撃。既に13時過ぎておりましたが7名並んでおりました。それでも回転早い様で10分位で店内潜入することが出来ました。カウンター席に案内され、ぼちょんと座り、中華そばの塩750円をオーダー。10分位で配膳されたラーメンのビジュアルは白髪ねぎと青ねぎ、チャーシューのコントラストが食欲をかき立てます。スープは透明感さほどなく少し濁った感じで毎日食べられる飽きのこない味。麺をリフトしてみると細麺ながら緻密なギュッと詰まった硬めで喉越し良く、歯触りもキュッキュッする感じがたまらなくいい。肉の味わい保ったチャーシューとメンマのコリコリ食感も好印象です。スープは麺に合ってとても美味しいのですが物足りなく感じるところもあり、ひとつパンチが欲しい様におじさん思いました。ごちそうさまでした。
