出先の幕張、美味しい中華の再訪を想定してたけど、定休日なのが分かって検討し直し。で、ハンバーグが美味しそうなこちらがヒットし、ここでと入店。駐車場も近いしね。
結果、美味しいハンバーグを楽しめた。食べ始め、結構レアな部分があったのは驚いたけどね。
オーダーは、Aセットで、ソースは和風オニオン、食後にカプチーノ。見回すと女性客が多く、良い傾向ですなぁ。
割とすぐに供されたスープ、肉系出汁も効いていて、すでに旨い。サラダ、冷えてて美味しいけど、レタスの切り口にちょい茶色が見えたのは残念賞。
肝心のハンバーグ、余熱で火が入れば見た目は安心だけど、食べ始めナイフで切ったら、中身がかなり赤くてビックリ。でも肉質が良いのだろう、味も問題なく美味しいが、ちょっと引くくらい赤かったのは驚く。
味付けも良く、ハフハフしながらハンバーグ、コーンやご飯を交互にいただけば、程なく完食御礼。
ご馳走様でした。オーダーすると、エプロンが自動的に配られるのは、グッドサービスですね。
