A pork cutlet restaurant that serves dashi soup on the second floor of Prena Makuhari. I visited at noon on a public holiday. I thought lunch was only available on weekdays, but the menu had lunch prices. Are holidays treated as weekdays? ? It was cheaper than I had planned, so I decided to splurge a little. ◆Warajima Horoba Loin Cutlet Set (230g) (1,540 yen) More than twice the volume as the regular loin cutlet set (110g). I ordered it lightly, but I was overwhelmed by how thick and large it was. The meat quality is not bad for a pork cutlet in this price range. I was a little worried that it had a lot of fat, but the fat was sweet and the meat was moist. The batter was crispy and fried well, making it delicious. The free refills of rice and cabbage are also delicious. The pork soup was a little overcooked and salty, but it was delicious with lots of ingredients. The sweet tamagoyaki was also a good snack. There was also pickled red shiba on the table. There are 3 types of dipping sauce, and salt. sauce, ponzu sauce, and dashi soup. The soup stock was Kansai style and tasted like a refreshing tempura soup. Since the meat has a lot of fat, I thought it would be refreshing to eat with the soup stock, but on the contrary, it seemed to have a noticeable oiliness.
