(First visit in November 2023) This is a holiday lunch. On this day, I visited Makuhari outlet store with my wife. After shopping, we moved to Plena Makuhari and had an early lunch. I visited this Pork Cutlet restaurant that opened in exchange with Kimukatsu. It is Pork Cutlet that is eaten with dashi soup. Is there a culture of eating soup stock in modern Kansai? There was nothing like that when I lived there. It was past 11:00 when we visited, and there were already two groups of customers ahead of us. I ordered the Mahoroba loin cutlet set for 1,100 yen, and my wife Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) 950 yen. The food is ready in about 8 minutes. It's a loin cutlet, but it's a cutlet bowl filled with cabbage. It consists of white rice, miso soup, Small dish of kinpira burdock root, and a soup stock bowl. I think the cutlet weighs about 120g... It's quite thin compared to the photo sample, and it feels a little salty. I'll try it right away. As for the cutlet, it's a regular loin that's well-cooked, and it's a regular cutlet. It has a slightly hard finish. Although it is eaten by dipping it in sauce, it seems to go well with sake, but it is a bit weak when served with white rice. In the second half, I was in charge of the sauce. Considering the quality of the meat, I felt the price was a little high. Pay by card!
