平日の１８時。立ち寄り先の稲毛で以前から来たかったこちら、老舗カレー屋さんのカレーレストランシバへ。こんな時なんでかスムーズに入店できました。
初めてなのでセットメニューのサービスターリ(1430円)を。メインのカレーは中辛のチキンカレー、サグはほうれん草のサグをセレクト。ベジタブルカレー、ダールスープがついてきます。
他にチキンセット、ベンガルチキンセット、ラムセット、ベジタブルセットがあります。甘口のベンガルが気になるなぁ。
最初は単品ずつ食べてみる。派手な味ではないけど、食のアーユルヴェーダ＝薬食同源の通り体にやさしそうな味です。全部かけて混ぜるのがおすすめ！とのことなので混ぜてみると確かに良いかも。次はこちらの名物、ラムセットを頂きたいです。
