平日昼の訪問11:30～
客席は8割ほどの入り。
テーブルメイン、接客は良いです。
カレーは色々なセットやドライカレーなどがあり、種類豊富。
公式ホームページにメニューと店休日の記載があります。
ドライカレーも気になりましたが、
色々なカレーがついてくるラムセットを注文。1880円。
ラムスパイスカレー、コルマラム、ベジタブルカレー、ダールスープ、カチュンパ、ライスのセット。
10分～ほどでセットが来ました。
色々ついていて楽しそう。
ダールスープは塩味が薄く、豆の味を楽しむスープ。
ベジタブルカレーは、甘酸っぱいトマトスープのような感じ。
インドカレー屋さんでトマトスープを頼むと出てくるようなアレです。
カレーっぽさはあまりないんですが、美味しいと言えば美味しい。
カチュンパは甘酸っぱいお漬物です。
コルマラムはローストラムみたいな肉盛り。
これは結構良かったです。
スパイスが効いていて羊の臭みはなく、うまみのみ。
ビールが欲しくなる味わいだった。
ラムスパイシーカレーは本格的な味わいのカレー
一般的なマトンカレーよりはさっぱりめの口当たり。
スパイスがガンガン効いていて、クローブなどが丸のまま入る。
辛さはココイチ3辛くらいで、ベターな感じ。
スパイスと辛さでキレのあるカレーはターメリックライスが進む。
ターメリックライスは日本米で、レーズンとクミンを添えています。
味わい的に油をあまり使っておらず、ヘルシーであると思われる。
ベジタブルカレーとダールスープは無くても良かったなと思ってしまった。
ラムスパイスカレーを大盛り単品で頼んでいっぱい食べたかったな。。。
コルマラムもつけて。今度はそうしよう。
