友人がとてもおすすめしているカレー屋さんに行ってきました。
お店の名前は、カレーレストランシバ。
稲毛駅の西口を出てすぐのところにあります。この日は小雨が降っていましたが、傘の持ち合わせがなく苦戦(笑)
でも、それほど濡れることなく伺うことができる距離感です。
いいね。
お願いしたのはラムスパイスカレー（1530円）。
定番のチキンカレーではなくラムなのは少し肉肉しい気分だったから。
ライスは日本米とインドのバスマティライスのどちらかを選ぶことができます。
ここはもう迷わず、バスマティライスでしょう！
待つこと数分で到着です。
バスマティライスは、とても香り高いですね。
いろいろなスパイスを加えられているようで、色々載っています。
ラムスパイスカレーはしゃばしゃばな感じ。
ジャガイモとラム肉がごろりと入っています。
少しずつ、カレーをライスと一緒にいただいていきます。
バスマティライスは軽い感じでシャバシャバなカレーとの相性がいいですね。
そんなに辛くないかな・・・と思いましたが、数口食べたら、どんどん頭が熱くなってきました。
ラム肉のごろりとした肉肉しいところとかもとても美味しい。
語彙力がありませんが、これはおいしい。
いいね。
カレーの種類もかなり抱負。
また、ラム肉のブロックもサイドメニューのようなカタチであるようで、そちらもいただいてみたいと思いました。
いや、ここは確かに美味しい。
すでにまた別のカレーを食べに行きたくなりました。
