キチンと丁寧な味わい。THEスパイス感盛りだくさん。
カレーの中のマトンのお肉も肉肉してて、
タンドリーチキン類もしっかりお肉の塊。それなのに、フォーク・スプーンでほぐれます。
玉ねぎのチリパウダー和えは、ピリッと突き抜ける辛さ。これがずっと口に残ってた〜。少量にしておいて良かった。
ハチミツは味わい深く、チャツネはフルーツの酸味と甘味。うん、美味しい。日本の美味しいとは違う美味しい。異国の旨味。この旨味ですら、玉ねぎチリパウダーの辛みは取れず！
玉ねぎのチリパウダーにマトンカレーの⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎の辛さは、巡りの悪い私の血流も動かし、目尻にじんわり汗が出ました。
金物の水筒とコップに入った冷えたお水がありがたかった〜。
ナンは、厚みがあるタイプで、バスマティライスは、サラサラ、サッパリ。香りがあるみたいだけど、スパイスで全くわからず。
デザートのマンゴープリン？ゼリーは、ねっとりしていて、美味しい！おかわりができるなら、いくらでも食べられる！
