位置は地図参照。
片側2車線の市道に面し、駐車場は店前と脇に縦列かまして数台（街路樹ジャマ）。隣に非提携コインP有り。
口頭注文後払い。
品書き筆頭はまぜそばで、店名冠する支那そばは第2列。前者普通と牡蠣醤油、後者あっさり（支那そば、塩、背脂魚介塩）とこってり（背脂、ニンニク背脂）に細分。
あっさり塩・味玉（￥850）いただきました。
載せは、味玉の他に海苔、葱、ほうれん草、チャーシューとシンプル。
麺は、光沢のある細身の黄色いゆる縮れ、食感ぷりぷり。京都の製麺所だそうです。
汁は清湯中濃。鶏メインのスープに、キレ有りコクありの塩ダレ。鶏油キラキラですが嫌味に感じません。
卓調は黒、白、緑の胡椒3種。
一体感のある美味しい一杯でした。
まぜそばが人気。
