連れが久しぶりにどうですか。と、用事の前に予約しておいてくれたお店です。
名物らしきパエリアは、普通にうかがうと40ぷんかかるそうなんですが、予約しておくとすぐに出してくれます。
この日はちょっと手違いがあって、やや時間はかかりましたが、それでもスムーズだったのでは。と思います。
マダムがかなりこちらに気を遣ってくださったというか、かなり目線がきめ細やかで、素敵だなぁ。となんとも思いました。
◯アヒージョ
メニューは事前に決めてあり、最初は生サラダだったのですが、私が生物を懸念していると、アヒージョに変えてくださいました！
マッシュルームもころころ美味しいし，ベーコンもいいあじ。
のみたくなるねー。
バケットも、よくあるスカスカして無い感じでなかなかよきです。
◯鴨のオレンジソース
メニューから追加して、二人で半分こ。もう、予約メニューぶっこわし笑
肉の弾力オレンジの酸味。美味しい
甘味と酸味と肉のジューシィさに満足
◯魚介のパエリア
魚介のうまみびんびんです。しっとりしてて、旨味良き。身の方は、悪魔でもパエリアのためのものという感じですが、彩も鮮やかでした。
◯デザート
焼きバナナの素朴な甘さとアイスー。あったかうまうまでしたー！
