千葉県船橋市本町4-37-1 柴田ビル1Ｆにあります「おかめ寿司」さんへ訪問です。
おかめ寿司さんは船橋の地で創業89年。
先々代の魚屋と仕出し屋から始まりお客さまの要望で寿司屋を営業をスタート。
現在3代目の親方柴田英昭氏は六本木"鮨奈可久"のご出身です。
昔ながらの店内はL時カウンター8席に小上がり席有。
シンプルな摘みから前半は始まり
後半の握りは程よい酸味と塩味を効かせ粘り気のある赤舎利はタネとの温度感も良好。
口の中で問題なくハラリと解け、篠田親方の素晴らしい仕事に舌が唸りました。
価格もおまかせ17,000円と満足できる内容で
千葉中心のネタを取り入れた粋のある王道江戸前鮨を堪能できました。
