船橋には結構粒揃いの中華料理屋さんがひしめく中、食べログ100名店として名を馳せる人気店。
色んな料理を楽しみたいので、同行者を連れて伺ってみました。
駅からは結構離れているんですね。
お店は14号側からでないと入れないのでご注意。
雰囲気は思っていたより家庭的でゆったりとしていますね。
さて、メニューは肉に魚介、麺に飯と多種多様、小皿料理も結構あって酒飲みには嬉しいラインナップ。
お酒は基本ものかなと思い眺めていると、ハートランドがあったりサワーも意外と個性的じゃないですか。
まずはハートランドで喉を潤しつつ小皿系を。
豆腐のうま煮や青菜の炒めなど、濃すぎず旨味たっぷりで美味しいですね。
そして期待の麻婆豆腐は確かにハイレベル！
花椒の香りと挽肉の味わいのバランスが抜群で、これは美味いわ…
炒めものや油淋鶏なども堪能しつつ、サワーをやっていきます。
オレンジサワーなんかもさっぱりして美味しいですね。
重たくなってきたらウーロンハイでリフレッシュ。
ラストはふっくらシンプルな仕立てのチャーハンを味わいつつ、杏仁豆腐を締めに頂いてご馳走様。
前から目を付けていて今回ようやく来れましたが…いや、素晴らしかった。
比較的手ごろな価格でなおかつ質の良い中華が頂けるとくれば文句無し。
船橋で中華飲みするなら、距離を差し引いてもここかなぁ。
麻婆豆腐は必食の味わいですよ。
