✳︎New Japanese Cuisine Nobuyuki@Funabashi A restaurant that also makes bento Bento (boxed lunch). I had the Kalbi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Bento (boxed lunch) with plenty of vegetables. It has two tiers, and the second tier Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and the bottom has steamed bean sprouts. The meat is very thick and not greasy at all! It was that hard. The grated sauce was so refreshing and delicious that I poured it not only on the meat but also on the rice. The first row is rice and side dishes. Japanese-style side dishes included fried eggs, Simmered dish, and mackerel. It was an elegant Bento (boxed lunch)!
