The other day, I visited a restaurant that has a reputation for its delicious Seafood. The highlight of the day was "Squid shabu shabu". As soon as I entered the store, I was surrounded by a warm atmosphere and the liveliness of the store raised my expectations. First, we had Seki mackerel. The sashimi of Seki mackerel delivered by air is exquisite! The recommended squid of the day, the squid shabu shabu, was bright in appearance and the freshness of the squid was outstanding. After dipping it in the soup stock for about 30 seconds, the sweetness and umami of the squid filled my mouth, and I was surprised at how soft it was. The next thing I ordered was Mozuku Shabu shabu shabu. Mozuku absorbs the flavor of the soup stock and has an exquisite taste. Paired with the rice porridge at the end, I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic taste. The atmosphere of the store was peaceful and comfortable. The staff's customer service was a bit sloppy, but it felt like a restaurant that was familiar with the area. However, please note that it is a popular restaurant, so it may be difficult to enter without a reservation, so you will need to plan your visit accordingly. Also, smoking is allowed inside the store, so it may be a little difficult for people who don't like smoke. Overall, this restaurant is irresistibly delicious for Seafood lovers, and is full of charm that will make you want to try something different on the menu next time. We look forward to many more delicious discoveries on our next visit.
