づけまぐろにぎりランチ １１００円 御旦狐（船橋）
まぐろのヅケが８貫にお吸い物かミニうどんがついてくるとはかなりお得なランチなので注文してみた。
出てきたヅケまぐろはピカピカのテカテカ、まあ美しい！
時間が早かったからか、まだまだ漬かり切っていない若い感じで、まぐろ握りと言っても大丈夫なタネだった。
煮切りも塗られていていいね。
シャリ玉は割と大きめだから８貫とお吸い物でも充分満足だったかもね。
うどんは平打ちの乾麺で柔らかめ、かけつゆがほぼお吸い物で、それに鰹節の追いがけだから
絶対旨いわ。
うどんの硬さはこれでちょうど良い。
つゆは全部飲み干した。
