一平焼そば
もはや、お約束というか、ネタであろう。かの有名な居酒屋一平に焼そばがあるのである。もちろん、明星の「一平ちゃん」カップ焼そばを出しているわけではない。
正式名称は「ソース焼そば」である。ベースは、マルちゃん焼そばのような3食分で百円くらいな蒸し麺と思われる。ソースも粉末のそれっぽい。具は豚コマ少々に、キャベツ、もやし、白菜、小松菜等のバラエティに富んだ野菜と、紅生姜に青海苔がかかっていた。残念ながらカップの「一平ちゃん」に付いてくる辛子マヨネーズはない。量的には充分で、これで450円なら文句はない。
一平唯一の麺料理は、意外なほどちゃんとした焼そばでした。

ノンアルコールビールは、キリングリーンズフリー。ドライゼロじゃないのが嬉しい。330円。
・マグロぬた
・牛煮込み豆腐
両方とも素早く出てくる。酢味噌でマグロを食べるのが好き。沖縄ではよく出てくる料理だけど、ちょっと味噌が甘め。
牛煮込み豆腐は、この店独特のクセのある煮込みを、豆腐が緩和してくれる。熱々なので、冷たいビールが良く合う(ノンアルだけど)。
2品食べて、素早く退店した。一平に長居は無用だぜ。
