新京成ラーメンスタンプラリー１１軒目に来ました。
ここも以前参加していて、その際も行ったのですが・・・
まず、メニューがどれが売りなのか。
タンメンが売りのようですが、私はタンメン苦手なので和風らーめんをチョイス。
しかし、味噌、塩、つけめんまであって本当の売りが見えてこない上にメニューには写真すらなく、具が何なのかも判らない。
出てきた麺は・・・申し訳ないけど、舌がおかしくなる出汁に感じました。
具はわかめとメンマ、チャーシュー、ネギですか。
わかめのせいで麺が変な絡みをするので入れて欲しくないのです。
杏仁豆腐も既製品に何かソースかけた感じ。
会計の際に厨房が見えましたが袋入りの麺を使ってたのでこれも既製品なんでしょう。
本当、新京成スタンプラリーの中では最大のハードルです。違う意味で。
全店制覇を狙うなら行く必要がありますが３軒でいいのならここはパスでいいでしょう。
厳しいことを言いますが、ここはもう参加して欲しいと思いません。
