千葉の中でも繁華街である船橋には色々な店があり、良い店も悪い店も玉石混淆の状態となっていますが、頭ひとつ抜けて素晴らしいと、自信をもって紹介できるのがこちらです。
店名に入っている通りワインの種類がとても多く、グラスで注文できるものだけで常時16種という充実ぶり。
（ボトルでは500種類以上あるとか）
オーナーが相当な酒マニアらしく、ワイン以外にもクラフトジンなど気になるものがちらほらあるのですが、とにかく自分は、ここではワインと決めています。
もうひとつここに来たら外せないもの、それが生ハムです。
ここに来たら生ハム・サラミ盛りは絶対に注文しましょう。
こちらのお店、生ハムに対しては並々ならぬこだわりがあり、スライサーが店の中央に置かれています。特注の刃を取り付けてあるという特別制のスライサーでカットされたハムは、向こう側が透けて見えるほどの薄さ。これを口に入れるとふわっとした口当たりで、溶けるように香りと旨味が口に広がります。
また、生ハム以外の料理も、どれも外れがないです。
定番の品から、ちょっと変わった食材の組み合わせのものまで色々ありますが、どれもおいしい。シェフの味付けのセンスが良いです。
こちらはグランドメニューがなく、その日の料理はすべて黒板に書かれています。それだけ旬や仕入れによって料理を変えているということですね。
（名物のポルケッタやソーセージなどは基本的に常にあるようですが）
その日のお腹具合などにより、がっつり食事目当てで来てもいいし、仕事帰りなどに軽く１杯だけやっていってもいいし…… 使い方を限定せずにつき合っていけるお店です。
カウンター席があり、ひとりでも入りやすいのも個人的にお気に入りです。
