ワインと生ハムが美味い店と聞いて訪問です
店内に入ると右手にはワインセラー
ワインや日本酒もありそこからボトルで頂くことも出来るようです
お洒落な店内はカウンター8席、テーブルが10(4人掛け3つ、2人掛け7つ)ありますね
18時半の訪問で先客3名です
3名でしたので窓側のテーブル席に案内されました
その後も予約のお客さんで7割の埋まり具合となりましたね
中々の人気です
メニューはテーブルには無く壁の黒板に書いてあります
野菜、魚、肉と色々ありパスタもありますね
ワインも泡、白、ロゼ、赤と全16種
値段も550〜1400円と様々ありますね
先ずは泡で乾杯！
お通しは
桜エビ、玉子、黒キャベツのブルスケッタ
桜エビの香りと風味、玉子の優しさ、黒キャベツの甘みがサックリとしたバケットに合いますね！
美味いブルスケッタを頂きながら3人でメニューをあれこれ悩んだ末の結論はコレ

グアンチャーレは豚トロ(頰肉)で脂多めでコクがあるわフィノッキオーナはフェンネルの香りが素敵な生サラミ

豚バラ肉で香草を巻いてカリッと焼き上げた一皿
脂の旨味と香草の香りのバランスが絶妙
脂が適度に落ちてますから見た目よりアッサリ
粒マスタードやルッコラが良いアクセントでワインがグイグイ進むわ〜
泡→白→二郎→赤を頂き上機嫌！
ワインが進む進む！
此方は一軒目でも二軒目でも使い勝手が良いね
次はお気に入りのワインを見つけて飲むのも良いかもね
