小骨がまま有ったが、僕はあまり気にならず。
うざくは浅い漬かりだが、出来立てのサクッとした香ばしい鰻(３分の１尾を６片に) が円やかな酸味にひときわ際立つ品
鰻重は2/3尾だろうか。
随分と可愛いサイズ
口に入れると脂ののったとろける白身
甘いタレはそんなに必要ないぐらい。
少し小骨が多いかな。
(メニューの最初に「調理工程で鰻の骨を抜くことが出来ない旨の文言があるのが気になりましたが(^^ゞ」)
ご飯は20mm厚程度。
食べ応えありで、大変満足なり(＾ω＾)
