セットメニューもいくつかあるようですが、基本のうな重の中から特上をいただきました。
お吸い物とお新香、茶碗蒸しがつきます。
茶碗蒸しには鶏肉かまぼこいり、優しい味でふるふる柔らかくて美味しかったです。
鰻は普段好んで食べる方ではないのですが、やはり特上、たっぷり油の乗った身に皮目が柔らかく、甘すぎず辛すぎずちょうど良いタレがついており最後まで美味しくいただきました。
お茶も気にしてよく入れて回っていました。
