一度もクサヤを食べた事ないから
とりあえず経験しとこうと思って
クサヤを食べるのを 多分 ちっとも
厭わないであろう人に連れて来て貰いました。
初のクサヤ‥…焼いてる時に直ぐ鼻が反応しました。
でも、私達はお店の開放されてる入り口の
テーブル席だったからまだ大丈夫でしたけど‥‥
焼いてる近くのカウンターに一人で座っていた
お客さんに申し訳ない気持ちになりました。
帰っちゃったし……
テーブルに到着した際、蓋がしてありました。
開けるの躊躇しましたが
早く開けろ と急かされたので
開けて食べたけど思ったより全然
臭くなくてむしろ日本酒に合いました。
ここのスタッフの方達の対応とか
めちゃくちゃ居心地良かったし
お刺身が新鮮で美味しかったのと
奥久慈卵の出し巻き卵がまた
食べたいので行こうと思います♪。
