じゃんけんで負けました。。。
ちばちゃんと言えば
「当店ではホールサービスに一切力を注いでおりません!!!」
と予防線を張る営業方針
これは
「注がないよ!」と言っておきながら少しでも良い接客があると「 (* ̄0 ̄*)ノ オォー!」と思わせる手法ですな
今回も、料理の置き方でさえも え?わざとなの?と思うぐらいノールックで「ガシャーン」とテーブルに
置いて行かれることにこれはパフォーマンス (・o・?と思うぐらいの接客でしたwww
でも、たまに入る良い接客(普通の店だと普通の接客なのだが)があるとやはり
「なんだ、いい接客できんじゃん」と思ってしまう。W
料理はと言えば
以前来たときは
火のしっかり通った いや通さないとならないような固い焼き鳥だったが今回は違う。。。
200円メニューも含めて全体的に値段と量と比べると全て及第点を付けなければならない
でも
刺身はダメだ、量は多いが解凍の仕方がまずいのか水分バランスが最悪
でも流行ってる
