We never use frozen pork, and instead buy whole pig offal from Chiba Prefecture, which is ready in the morning. Because the food is carefully prepared in-store, we can serve it fresh.◎The not-too-sweet homemade sauce goes perfectly with the skewers, making you want to get your hands on one! One of the attractions is the affordable price range that allows you to enjoy it easily. In addition, we have fresh fish purchased from the market, as well as delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.
