未開の船橋駅北口の壮絶なホルモン酒場
初めての利用しました。二人で後から一人合流。
ドリンクは生ビールから特製ハイボール、カボスサワー、トマトハイ。
●串焼き ハツ、とんとろ、タンシタは塩、カシラと
シロはたれ。一本一本が思いのほか大きい。タレは薄味。
●ガツ刺し 薄切り。生姜醤油で食べます。酢味噌が欲しいガツでした。
●ホルモン炒め 驚愕の量。プリプリではない。
●煮込み これは旨い。小でこの量はヤバい。
●船橋ロール 千原せいじ命名の名物。中はキャベツたっぷり。かなりさっぱり。
●エイヒレ 当り障りないメニュー。どこで食べても一緒。
食べ過ぎて、飲み過ぎて、お腹パンパン。また来ますね。

久しぶりに船橋駅北口のタツ屋を訪問。630円の①セットは破壊力抜群。メガハイボールに煮込みと串2本がつきます。夜遅くに行ったもんだから売り切れ多く、軟骨串2本に。追加にカシラとタン。それに鉄板に乗ったたっぷりのホルモン炒めにレモンハイを追加。これだけ食べて飲んで2000円切るんだから素晴らしい。看板に書かれたサラリーマンの味方は偽りなしです。
