On the way back from visiting Funabashi Daijingu Shrine. It was around noon, so I went to Soba-ya Honda. When I arrived after 12:00, the place was full and there was one group waiting outside. Can my daughter (7 years old) wait? When I asked, they said they could wait, so I lined up. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting. I thought my daughter was hungry and couldn't wait, but there was a rather large aquarium at the back of the first floor of the building where the store was located, so I was looking at that to kill time. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I was shown to my seat. Today's orders are: Papa's Turnip and Sudachi Tsukesoba (large serving) 1,220 yen Mom & Daughter Vegetable Tempori (large serving) 1,220 yen plus Mori soup 110 yen. This shop also sells Japanese sake, and many people start drinking from noon. Delivered in less than 10 minutes from ordering. Looks delicious as always. I'm glad that the quantity is large. My daughter was very happy with her favorite sweet potato tempura and soba noodles. The dipping noodles with turnips and sudachi that my dad ordered were also delicious. The refreshing flavor of sudachi removes the oil from the meat, creating a perfect balance. Before I knew it, there were 5 or 6 groups in line outside. After that, they took down the open sign, so I was wondering what was going on, but I was told that the soba noodles were sold out. We recommend arriving early for lunch. If you can eat authentic soba at this price, you will definitely come back again. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.
