Food Authentic handmade soba that goes well with alcohol
Once you try our famous soba noodles, you will never forget their taste. At our restaurant, we use "Nihachi Soba" which is a mixture of buckwheat flour and wheat flour. Made using carefully selected buckwheat flour from all over Japan. We only make the batch for that day, so you can enjoy freshly made food every day. The bonito flakes that are the key to soba soup are made from Satsuma-produced bonito flakes that have been aged for two years. We offer soup stock that goes well with each seasoning, kake, and dipping. Increase the amount for lunch and save money! Please enjoy it with Japanese sake.

They are extremely particular about not only their soba noodles but also their fish. All of our delicious dishes are made with fresh fish purchased from Tsukiji every day, and you can feel the season in your mouth. Since we use fresh fish caught that day, the toppings we offer change daily. We serve you sashimi, fried Fried food, simmered dishes, salads, and other dishes unique to Soba and Honda. This also goes great with sake and shochu.
