日曜１７時前に予約で。この日は前客がいなかったのでゆっくりと。
突出しは洋風茶碗蒸し。優しい味わいで出だしの品としてはうれしい。そして、涼しい店内で冷たいビールを飲みながら温かい前菜もアリ！
季節のオススメとしていただいたのは桃のカプレーゼ。甘い桃に、甘み、塩味の少ないチーズ、塩味の強い生ハムの組み合わせ。桃は珍しいと思いながら、頼んだけれども正解！それぞれにおいしい３種類を少しずつ、組み合わせを変えながら、ワインと合わせてもおいしかった。
ポテサラも薫香の強いベーコンとの取り合せがよかったし、焼いたパテはまさにメニュー名どおりジューシー。脂の旨みがよかった。
少し時間がかかるとのことだったスモークサーモン。その場で燻製してくれたようで薫香もしっかりしてたけど、厚めのスライスだったので薫香が強すぎることもなくおいしかった。
気になったものが前菜のメニューばかりで、申し訳ないと思いつつ、それぞれがボリューム満点だったのでメインにおなかがついて来れず。。
次回はメインも楽しみたい。
そして、ボトルワインは３０００円台からあるのでコスパも良好。
また来ます。
