A Japanese style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the back alley of Funabashi, very satisfied with the taste and service.
I went south on Funabashi Ekimae Street, passed the Chuo Community Center, entered an alley, and visited a shop in the alley on the left for the first time. I've been curious about this for a while, but when I stand in front of a store in an alley, the space feels bright. What I received that day was matsutake mushroom and conger eel Tempura, and smoked duck wrapped in cream cheese. Both are delicious and voluminous, making them the perfect accompaniment to sake. I was particularly impressed with Iburigakko's cream cheese rolls, which I had never tried before in my life. It was already late that day, so the only people in the shop were the oxidized silver master behind the counter and a cheerful woman on the floor. However, there was no problem at all, and as soon as I called out to them, they took my order and served me the food. Next time, I would like to visit with a group of people and enjoy more variety of menu items. Wow, Funabashi is amazing. There are still unknown famous restaurants. It was a feast. I'll bother you again.

On this day, I went to Tachibana Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in a back alley in Funabashi. The finely cut conger eel was delicately soft, and the pork skewer was delicious with its refreshing fat. Grilled Onigiri wrapped in the flavor of miso and soy sauce are my favorite, and I find myself craving them from time to time.
