船橋駅から直ぐの駅近にあります。
大将軍ブランドの他に牛角と価格帯が一緒のくいどんブランドも経営している
千葉では有名な焼肉チェーン店です。
それぞれの肉に名前が張ってあって、今どの肉を焼いているか一目でわかります。
上タン塩、和牛特上カルビ、和牛特上ロースとどれも柔らかくて美味しい。
あまりタレをつけずに食べたほうが肉の味が味わえて美味しいです。
とき卵でいただく和牛焼きすき上カルビは、薄い肉ですぐに火が通るのですが、
どのくらい焼くかの目安を教えてほしかったです。
生卵と絡めて食べますが、これも美味しかったです。
