船橋駅前にある居酒屋。
前々から久しぶりに行こうかな、と思っていたところ、かりそめ天国で紹介されていたのでちょっと行ってみました。
初めに言うと、お料理はほぼ100%卵を使ってます！
ただその辺の居酒屋と違うのはこだわり。
卵の産地はもちろん、硬さにもこだわりを持っています。
この日は2次回で行ったんですが、最初から行っていたらもっとすごい量の卵を食べていただろうなと笑
最初のお通しからデザートまで、何を食べても美味しいです！！！
おすすめは卵の唐揚げとデザート類。
卵の唐揚げは半熟でトロっとした卵が最高！
味のバリエーションは複数ありますが、プレーンもしっかり味がついているので、まずはプレーンからがいいかも。
正直なところ居酒屋のデザートって全く期待してないんですが、ここはデザートまでこだわりが詰まってます。
濃厚な卵プリンと、卵の味がしっかり出ているバニラアイス。
ここまで食べて、ここの食事は完成だと思います。
めちゃくちゃ美味しいので、また食べに行きたいです。
