料理は質、量ともに上品です。
お目当てのジビエはどんな獣臭さを放つのだろうかと期待していましたが、良い意味で裏切られました。野生ならではの歯ごたえとコクはこれまでに食べてきた肉料理とは明らかにベクトルが違いました。串焼き野菜部の定番となりつつあるユリノ芽（金針菜）がラインナップに加わっているあたりはトレンドも意識されていると思います。野菜の豚バラ巻きも然り。
その場で燻製して提供される野菜達も他ではなかなかお目にかかれない逸品でした。
ただ、ささみわさび等のいわゆるド定番は、残念ながら小ぶりで食べ応えがありません。
総じて、CPが良いとは思えませんでした。庶民に優しい近隣の店に比べると、少し高級な部類に入るかもしれません。上質な内装で演出された雰囲気や、禁煙に踏み切っているあたりは、カジュアルなデートでも通用するでしょう。
2人でテーブル席に座りましたが、ともかく寒かった。料理は出てくるそばから冷めていきます。これは改善しないと、致命的だと思います。
辛口で申し訳ありませんが、今後に期待しています。
