This restaurant serves a variety of game meat, including duck, deer, wild boar, bear, palm civet, and more, depending on what's in stock that day. When I went there for the first time, I didn't know much about it, so I selection to the owner to grill eight pieces. I was surprised to see the civet come out easily (lol). The deer and Gyoja garlic sausage was the most delicious. Also, although it's not a wild game, I was surprised by the quail egg skewers, which are Grilled skewer quail eggs with their shells on. The shell was crispy and surprisingly easy to eat. In addition to gibier, they also serve chicken and pork skewers, so even if you don't like gibier or don't really eat it, you can still enjoy it as a regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There are also various vegetable Grilled skewer. From standard items such as asparagus to substitutes such as lily greens and avocado. Items not on the menu may be available in the showcase, and you can also order by appointment. There are counter seats and table seats, so you can accommodate everything from one person to large parties.
