西船橋が熱い！5月にオープンした灯篭さんへ。なんと西船橋駅北口を出て、隣のビルの裏側に行くとひっそりお洒落な店構え(´∀｀*)今回は通な感じでカウンター席にお邪魔しました！二階もあってお座敷のお席はほっこりしながらお料理を楽しめるような雰囲気でした。
まずはビールで乾杯٩( ᐛ )وお通しはスズキのお寿司。お上品で一口サイズなのも◎
お店のページの一番最初に載っている雲丹on the 煮卵が気になって注文！煮卵にしっかり味が染みていてでも雲丹も負けじと濃い！
お刺身の盛り合わせは左からかつお、しまあじ、ノルウェーサーモン、ハタ、ホウボウ。目の前でさばいてるのも見れます！しまあじがぷりっぷりで甘さと歯ごたえがすごい(*⁰▿⁰*)ホウボウのお刺身はあまり食べれる機会ないし、とりあえず身が引き締まっていて新鮮っ
ふろふき大根の肉味噌は6時間も鶏ガラで煮込んだ手の込んだものらしく、優しいのに味は濃くてご飯と一緒に食べたくなるー！
有頭海老フライは一日限定3食！大き過ぎるーーっ(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)食べやすいようにカットもしていただけて店長さん優しいっ。頭の中にも身が入っているので残さず食べます！
本日の焼き魚のかさご！まるっと贅沢にいただけちゃいます（╹◡╹）身がふわっふわでした！美味しすぎて2人でぺろり（笑）表面を焼いた後、オーブンでじっくり焼いているみたいで手が混んでます！
おつまみシリーズ枝豆ぺぺろんと山形のぺそら漬け！箸が進まない訳ない！ぺそら漬けはなすでした。ピリ辛で無限に食べられると思いました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)これも白いご飯が欲しくなりました（笑）
締めには山形ダシTKG！乗ってるのは温玉です。初めて山形ダシ食べたけど感動しました(*´Д｀*)あっさりさっぱりで締めにぴったり！
最後に抹茶白玉あんをいただき！
どれもこれも美味しそうで次来た時はこれ食べよう！っていうのがたくさんでした( ´ ▽ ` )
