なかなか千葉県にジビエの店ってないですよね。予約を入れて行ってみました。まだ早い時間なのか空いています。罠セットを事前にオーダーしていました。煮込みは鹿と猪とじゃがいもを塩のみで煮込んでます。旨味たっぷり。罠サラダはパクチーメイン。パクチーは大丈夫か確認されます。焼売はジビエミンチたっぷりの大ぶりなもの。焼きは七輪で。猪肉2種に鹿肉2種、雉肉1種。臭みなく食べやすい。追加で猪豚のスペアリブを。これは提供に時間かかりますが柔らかく味噌味で最高でした。
結構飲む人は飲み放題にした方がお得。アルコールメニューの種類も多いです。
ジビエ料理を牽引する夢屋グループの一店。神保町のビストロアリゴやカギロイも同グループみたいです。
リーズナブルにジビエがいただける千葉県では希少な店です。
