大変人気があるようです。都内に数店舗あるようですが、今回は船橋のお店に訪問してみました。
新鮮な蝦夷鹿や天然猪・雉を七厘でコース（全6品）を注文。

お肉はどれも臭みやクセがなく、本当に新鮮なのがわかります。それでいて割とヘルシー。
帰りに〆のラーメン食べてほぼ5,000円でした。
またお邪魔したいお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
