今日は西船橋の居酒屋へ行ってきました。船橋駅から徒歩で2分です。九州料理の居酒屋で黒豚を使ったメニューが多くありました。店内は半個室が多く、お店の雰囲気は落ち着きがあります。
店員さんも20代と若い方が多く、とても活気がありました。
■注文した料理
・地鶏鉄板焼
・黒毛和牛のステーキ
・キビナゴ唐揚げ
・馬刺三点もり
・もつ鍋(塩)
・刺身五点盛り
・ずわいカニみそ
・さつま芋スティック
・フォンダンショコラ
九州の居酒屋ということもあり、刺身は新鮮でとても美味しく、ボリュームもあり、お値段もお手頃。
色も華やかでインスタ映えもグッドです。
また九州の黒豚の料理も多く注文しましたが、どれもとてもジューシーで旨みもしっかりしてました。
私が特に気に入った黒豚料理は、黒豚鉄板焼です。
お値段は千円ちょっとで、食べ手応えがあり、好みで柚子胡椒をつけて食べるのが最高です。
さつま芋スティックも、お芋のホクホク感があり、ハチミツをつけると、甘じょっぱくて、美味しかったです。
キビナゴの唐揚げは、サクサクで程よい塩分で、美味しかったです。
食後のデザートとして頂いたのが、フォンダンショコラ。濃厚なチョコレートにコクのあるクリーム。居酒屋とは思えない本格的なデザートでした。他にも日替わりケーキ等、全て7種類ほどのデザートメニューがありました。
九州に行かなくても、ここのお店に行けば、九州の美味しいご当地メニューを堪能出来ます。
また船橋に行った際は、立ち寄らせて頂きます。
