雨の日の仕事帰り、船橋駅近くで友人と一杯飲んできました。
ビルの一階で、ふらりと入りやすい雰囲気のお店です。
入り口近くに、一升瓶がたくさん並んでいて日本酒好きは期待が高まります。
和食居酒屋で店内も和風、個室を利用したので、気兼ねなくゆっくり。
まずは、ビールで乾杯。銘柄はサントリー、プレミアムモルツ
そんなに沢山飲む予定ではなかったので、アラカルトにしましたが
飲み放題もあるようで、他の客席からはお代わりの声が沢山聞こえました。
まずは、大好きな長崎県高級エイヒレ炙り焼き
臭みが全くなくて、柔らか系です。
ミリン風味が控えめで、ちょうど良い塩味。私好みでした！
さっぱりと、冷やしトマト。一玉分冷えたトマトは美味しいです。
ビールには、ごほうのサクサクフライもいいです。
青のりがふられていて揚げたてサックサクで提供されました。
九州料理メニュー、食材があったので、とろける熊本極上。霜降り馬刺しをオーダー
クセがまったくない、噛まなくても口の中でとろける旨さでした。
よい馬刺しはワサビより生姜とニンニクでたべるのがやはり旨いですね。
ソーセージの盛り合わせは、チョリソー、ハーブなど3種類
皮がプリッとして、粒マスタードが良いアクセントになりました。
メインは、もつ鍋を注文。醤油か塩を選べたので醤油で！
これが、キャベツにもやしだっぷりで美味しくて大当たり！
すっきりとしたスープに唐辛子ニンニクの旨さが溶け出します。
鍋の締めは、心地よい歯触りが嬉しいちゃんぽん麺。
デザートには、わらび餅抹茶アイスを食べました。
日本酒もなかなか良い銘柄があり、日本酒好きも楽しめますよ。
