船橋駅に着いて食べログで串揚げで検索。偶然ヒット。慌てて電話で空いてるか？確認。ラッキーなことにカウンターを確保出来て訪問しました。場所は結構ディープな裏通り((+_+)) グーグルの地図を頼りに何とか近所まで到着。最終的に2階にある店を発見。階段を上るとそこにはおしゃれな空間が(^^)/ 失礼ながら表から見た感じよりずっとおしゃれ。
さて、何も考えずに突然訪問したので、何を食べるか？コース？単品？メニューとにらめっこ(^^)/ まずはエビス瓶ビール。連れは熱燗を注文。
悩んだ末、単品を選択、お刺身盛り合わせ、串はメニュー表の上から順番に10種類ほど注文。かつては関西にしかなかった水ナスの刺身も迷わず注文。
まずは乾杯しながら、しばし料理が来るのを待つ。
いよいよ刺身登場(^^)/ 何と洒落た食器だ・・・料理を盛り付ける器の重要度をおもい知らされます。 うまい。器も立派だが、魚がうまい。 来てよかったと実感。
水ナスの刺身も登場。こちらも器が素晴らしい。 こっちもうまい。 なかなか関東では味わえない新鮮さ。
この時点ですでにエビス2本目突入。 やはり瓶ビールエビスはうまい。
この後しばらく楽しく会話しながら料理を楽しんでると、いよいよ串揚げが登場(^^)/ カウンターの利点、店主が揚げたてを目の前に置いてくれる。うー幸せ。
ソースだけでなく、塩も２種類、カレー塩まであって、好きなものにつけて食べることができるのも素晴らしい。ソースだけだとどうしても飽きてしまうのでこの方法は素晴らしいです。
あっという間に最初の注文を食べつくし、追加も注文。すでにビールは3.4本？に突入し、ただの酔っ払い親父・・・
しかしうまかった。また訪問したい。
