The recommended Kiwami tongue was more normal than I expected. I'll try the upper tongue next time. The reasonably priced cubes of loin are well-marbled. The quality of the meat is quite high. Even though it's a hormone restaurant, the only hormone you can get is heart sashimi. I like that you can eat heart sashimi.
