船橋駅の南口から2分もせずに着く「たまて箱」。
週末でにぎわう山口横丁にある和食居酒屋。
中はどちらかというと洋風なつくりで、ソファ席もあってゆったりできそう。
今回はテーブルの半個室でした。
久々に会う友人との飲みだったのでジャンル絞らず注文。
店員さんのおすすめも受けて蟹のお刺身も。
●お刺身5点盛り
マグロ・たこ・かんぱち・しめさば・サーモンと王道の感じでしたがどれも鮮度よし！
マグロは普通の赤身じゃなく少しトロ脂ものったちょうどいい部位で特に美味でした。
●蟹の刺身
店長さんオススメとだけあってぷりぷりで味よし風味よし！
日本酒との相性が抜群でした♪
●和牛ステーキ
柔らかくレア仕上げ。塩コショウでシンプルに食べるのがオススメかと。
付属のソースもアジヘンに使える。
●和牛と馬肉の肉寿司
最近流行りの品っていう印象。肉質もよく独自のタレがいいアクセント◎
食べ応えもあって楽しめます。
その他、だし巻きやおつまみ何品か頼んでおなか一杯いただきました。
何より頻繁には味わえない蟹の旨味を生で楽しめる珍しい店。
そしてお酒は日本酒と焼酎が豊富で海鮮系にぴったり。
また近くに来たら利用したいです♪
今回頼めなかった牛タンしゃぶしゃぶが気になる..。
