Instagramで中の人にフォローされたので来てみると、茅場町のスルチがこちらでリスタートしたものでした。
マトンスッカとキングフィッシャープレミアムをオーダー。
マトンスッカは結構オイリーな仕上がり。南インドとしては辛さ抑えめ。
シーバスリーガルハイボールのあとはパラクライス。
緑色のバスマティライスの中の刻み胡瓜のシャキシャキ、ダルのポリポリ、マスタードのプチプチが愉しい。
サルビスのラッサムは酸味辛味のしっかりした味で、ふとディナサヤラン氏を思い出す。
