The glass walk-in wine cellar has 200 varieties of red, white and sparkling wines. It also includes 50 varieties that we imported ourselves after traveling to Europe, talking with producers, and assessing the conditions of the fields. You can also have fun walking through the wine cellar with your personal sommelier and finding your favorite bottle. Even first-time customers can experience it with confidence.
Food Completely sterile fresh oysters sourced from all over the country
Oyster are purified for about 48 hours in a tank containing deep ocean water from Toyama Bay. This is a purification method that utilizes the ecology of Oyster to eliminate bacteria that can cause food poisoning. We carefully select the production area according to the season and enjoy the most delicious Oyster of the day!
