ネオ大衆居酒屋？映えだけでしょう？と完全にそう思い込んでいました。
まさかここで（失敬）あそこまで美味しく炊ける白米や丁寧に作られたお料理メニュー達に出会えるとは。
お店の場所はJR船橋駅から徒歩10分弱。駅ビルの船橋シャポーの千葉寄りの1番奥の出口から出て左にひたすら進んでいくほうが大通りからのアクセスより近そうです。
道を渡ったところにお店があり入口は狭いながらも2階のドアを開けるととても明るくて天井が高く広々としたイメージ。
全体的にとても綺麗で清潔感がありますね。
店員さん達は皆さんイケメンでしかも感じがよく厨房の方も笑顔でご挨拶して下さいました。
絶対食べたかった土鍋ご飯をまずはオーダー笑。
居酒屋さんとは思えない量のミントがたっぷり入ったモヒートとカールスバーグで乾杯します。
•しらすと生湯葉のサラダ
たっぷりの生湯葉と豆腐の甘み、しらすの塩味の効いた新線シャキシャキのサラダ。胡麻ドレッシングがとても合いますね。
•七輪で焼く炭焼き３種盛り合わせ
えいひれ、さつま揚げ、甘味噌の五平餅の3種が楽しめる。しかもマイ七輪で炭火で焼くから美味しくないわけがない逸品。楽しいしお酒飲みながらずっと楽しめそう。
•銀シャリ堪能セット
広島県産のお米を土鍋で絶妙の水加減で炊き上げ、色鮮やかな6種のおかずが付いてくるという最強のメニューです。正直高級料亭並みの艶ご飯で本当に本当に美味しゅうございました。
•自家製やわらかわらび餅
色とりどりのフルーツに濃厚な蜜や生クリームで食べる自分だけのわらび餅。ふるっふるの餅ときな粉のコラボが最高でした。
•抹茶の団子フォンデュ
陶器のフォンデュ鍋に濃厚な抹茶ソース。蝋燭で温めながらもっちもち団子にフォンデュして食べる幸せ。少し焼き付けた団子はもちろん、抹茶ソースが激うまでした。
•くまさんクリームソーダ
•カップ酒
•黒豆茶
•コーン茶
とにかく全て美味しく、また、盛り付けも丁寧。"映え"を狙いつつも優秀な職人さんがいらっしゃると感じました。
