船橋で降りたの初めてだ。ちょっとヤンチャな方が多そうな雰囲気だね。
ここは、和って感じの表の外観。なんだけど、裏側からも普通に入れるのだね。裏側はガラス戸でした。でも、店の雰囲気も悪くない。
小松菜のサラダ、牛すじ、梅水晶、生牡蠣を、注文。お通しは、山クラゲ。
小松菜のサラダ美味しい。サラダで食べたことってなかったけど、美味しいもんですね。ドレッシングは、マヨネーズなのかな？
生牡蠣も、こだわってるみたい。海水に何日か寝かせて、ヤバいものを、吐きださせてから提供してるらしい。当たらないから安心だそうで。一個300円ならお得だねー。
飲み物は、抹茶豆乳サワーが美味しい。豆乳好きなんだよね。軽く甘めでお酒の感じがしない。これ飲み過ぎでやられるやつだね。
