インスタで色んな人が映えるお肉を投稿してて
すごく気になってた西船橋の和牛焼肉店。
活気あるカウンターのみの小さなお店かと思いきや
2階テーブル席に3階は個室まであって広々！
案内された3階へ上がるのは外螺旋階段。
ちょっとした探検気分を味わえてワクワクします^^
お料理は店主嶋崎さんイチ押しのメニューから
完全におまかせでオーダー。
甘くてシャキシャキの白菜生キムチをお供に
身体に良さそうな小松菜ハイボールで乾杯！
お肉1品目は低温調理された鮮やかなハツ刺し。
サクッと柔らかく甘いタレによく合います。
続いてインスタフォロワー限定メニュー、
黒毛和牛を使った「幻の肉たく」！
お肉とたくあんを炊き立ての銀シャリで包み
卵黄にいくらをたっぷりかけた映えすぎる巻き寿司。
いくらがのったまま卵黄に絡めてひと口、旨すぎる…
この幸せはお店にきたら絶対に味わってほしい一品★
続いてお皿に反りたつほど極厚の厚切りタン！
脂ののりが絶妙で柔らかくジューシーでありながら
シャクっとした歯切れの良さも味わえて贅沢…
さらに厚切りレバー、ミノ、トロてっちゃんと
大好きなホルモンが続く至福の時間^^
臭みが全くなく外カリッと中ふわぁ〜なレバーに
コリッコリな弾力とスパイシーな味わいのミノ！
そしてとろける脂と弾力のバランスが絶妙で
洗い出汁の酸味がこれまた合うトロてっちゃん！
全てがハイレベルでホルモン好きにはたまりません★
卵黄と脂がキラキラ映えるレアステーキユッケ風は
食感と旨味を存分に味わえる大ぶりなカットが嬉しい！
惚れ惚れするほど綺麗なサシの入った和牛カルビは
軽く炙って食べたら口いっぱいに濃い旨味が広がります。
カルビと同時に最高のタイミングで出てきたが
焼肉店ではなかなか味わえない炊き立ての銀シャリ！
粒が大きくて噛むほど甘みが増していく良いお米。
最後は随一の人気メニュー「しゃぶロース」。
両面を炙り卵黄をたっぷり絡めて銀シャリと頂きます^^
ひと口サイズのライスボールを包むのが普通なのに
お茶碗いっぱいの炊き立て銀シャリにのせて
豪快にかきこむ…こんなことあっていいんでしょうか...
最初から最後まで新鮮で質の良いお肉に加えて
お店が広いのにスタッフの配慮が細かで大変満足でした。
