北習志野駅近く、近隣の有名どころで言えば鳥吉の隣にオープンしたラーメン屋です。
特製にぼし醤油ラーメンの麺は、小刻みに縮れて、コシがあり、一定の縮れを保ったまま吸い込まれるのど越しの良さが光ります。
スープは、繊細な煮干し風味です。具材のワカメが出汁としても効いていて、途中、良い意味では味変。逆に言えばワカメの味が支配的になるきらいもありました。
チャーシューは、脂が乗ったトロトロタイプです。
煮玉子は、スタンダード。
穂先メンマは、細切りで、穂先メンマ特有のコリコリ感よりも軽やかな食べやすさ重視な印象です。
全体的には、開店直後とあって、まだまだ伸び代充分、今後の進歩に期待の一杯となりました。
