Our seasonal specialties, "Pork shabu shabu" and "Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" are made with carefully selected fresh ingredients and stewed in a flavorful broth to create a heartwarming dish. You can also enjoy Kyushu specialties such as "Chicken Nanban, domestic horse sashimi, and Miyazaki local chicken thighs and charcoal-grilled chicken neck."
