Run by former komusubi Matsuhozan, our restaurant serves delicious meat carefully selected by the owner, who has 16 years of active experience. The owner has put his training at a yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and experience of eating delicious food to good use, and is particular about each and every dish. We hope that a wide range of people will visit our restaurant, including those who knew him during his active days, those who supported him, and those who found out about him after he retired. We have created a space where we can all enjoy fun times and make memories, so please feel free to come and visit us.
Food Fresh and high quality Japanese black beef offal
Our restaurant is particular about using Kuroge Wagyu beef offal. All meat has an individual identification number. We are confident in the freshness and quality of the meat, which is sent directly from our partner farm in Miyazaki Prefecture. We offer high-quality meat at reasonable prices.
